Company never mailed package, wont refund money, or return emails internet

I ordered a 16 piece comforter set from this company and never received it. Exactly 7 days after I ordered it, I sent several emails requesting a status. Finally they responded back a few days later and said it shipped via UPS. I contacted UPS and within a couple hours, they got back to me and said they never received a package from this company. It is now another 10 days later, I've sent many emails and they haven't responded. I even fowarded them the email from UPS confirming they didn't receive a package. Www.BEDDING.com has NO TOLL FREE NUMBER or ANY contact number on there website. You can only communicate through email and that is a waste of time. It's now 17 days later, they wont refund my money, send me the merchandise or even respond to emails.
