Paid For didn't receive Merchandise Won't respond to emails Internet

I ordered cables from this company November 15. I got an email confirming the order was received and was shipping out on the 17th. The website says it takes 3-5 days to ship using Fed-Ex or 6-10 days using registered air mail. It's been 15 days! I've emailed the company about a dozen times asking where my merchandise was at but most of the email links provided on the site are no good. They came back as mail delivery failures. Those that did go through were never responded back to. There is no phone number listed on the site to call. Stay away from this company! Ripoff!
