ABSOLUTE Scam Do not TRUST this company

NCC Business Services hires completely incompetent employees. I recently moved out of my apartment and they sent me my final bill three weeks AFTER it was due. Since I never had a bill I had nothing to pay and they reported me to NCC for lack of payment. This was a place I lived in for two years and was never late on one rent payment. When trying to explain this to "Michael", who claims he is a manager at NCC, he did NOT want to listen. He continued to speak to me in a very condescending manner even though I was trying to be polite and explain to him that I didn't recieve the bill until July 9th three weeks after it was due. He claimed he could settle it with me for a certain amount. When I called back ten minutes later at 12:40pm on Saturday they were convienently closed even though their hours are until 1:00pm on Saturdays. The extension and last name he gave me did not work in their system either.

They called my office today to harrass me further even though it states on their bill that I have 30 days to dispute this claim and I have only had the bill for 3 days. I am seeking legal counsel now to clear up this situation and recommend others do the same if you're being treated unfairly by NCC Business Services.

No company should ever be allowed to treat anyone with this much disrespect and get away with it.
