Can not provide connection to satelitte to provide internet service

We requested services On May 4, we decided on self installation. Could not find signal and contacted Skyway. The finally sent a technican out on May 27 (23 days later) to determine that the installer could not find a signal either and therefore Skyway could not provide us internet. On June 8, they deducted 29.95 for our monthly fee, called there office to see why when they could not find a signal and we now had our internet thru another service. They said the would get back to us. Of course no call. Again on 6-8 charged again another 29.95, called again. Same response. Again on 7-6 another charge for 29.95, called supervisors and now they state we are in breach of breaking our contract for early termination and therefore we owe them more money. Herman, this supervisor was supposed to look into this and call us back. NEVER did. On July 17, the again went into our account and took $189.90 for earlier temination. Called Herman, supervisor and he stated because we terminated our contract, which I argued we never had a contract because they could not provide services. He also states they sent us to collection for other fees they are owed. Report them to:
