Okay, I moved out here a year ago and of course in Maricopa (Pinal County) they only have certain utilities that you can use. I didn't have issues with any of them, until about 4 months ago. My boyfriend lost his job and of course things get behind. The water company has turned off my water 4 times since I have had service with them. Don't get me wrong I have made some mistakes with them and I will take blame for them, what I don't like is when you actually try to communicate with them they talk to you like you are stupid or rude.

I even tried to get myself educated with their billing system and you know what I can't because from what I am told is that they will be you 28-35 days before a bill goes out. Well answer this question for me how is people suppose to stay current on their bills if you don't have a steady billing system and of course you have to pay the 60.00 reconnect fee. I called them today, because of course they have turned off my water for only 69.27, but never sent out a reminder or even a new bill like they suppose to do.

When I asked the representative when the bill was sent out and she told me that it was sent out on 7/8/09 and she told me that I need to check with my post office, when I asked her to fax the letter to me she told me no. I asked for a supervisor and they disconnected the call. I had my father to call back and they told him that they will not accept a credit card and they may not turn it back on until tomorrow morning.

I do not understand why maricopa (city) will not let you choose your utilities. This company is ripping consumers off and it is not fair. You try to to do the right thing and talk to the company first about it and all they come back and do is make you feel like you stupid and they talk to you rude. I don't want to ever commuicate with this company, but of course until the city changes things they leave me with no choice. Also I am like the other consumer I have not even received a current bill.
