Continued debiting my account even after termination of contract and return of equipment Chicago illinois

The agent who works for the company, Corey, harrassed us for many weeks to trade the old equipment for new PCI compatible equipment. He signed us up with a new company. Our contract was up in but we were still making payments on the lease. After 4 months of constant calling, the company is still charging my account for the full lease amount. They don, t take my phone calls and put me on hold for hours. The equipment has been returned via fed ex, but that does not seem to matter to these crooks.
