Ripoff

This company is a rip-off. Not only do they have individuals to lease their equipment for them, they made sure that this was a "one way" service to hell. There are 3 businesses out here that have experienced the same rip-off "did you read your contract" crap. One of them can't even speak English and they ripped her off for the amount of the equipment and asked her to return the equipment to them. (Probably to be used for the next victim.)

The smart mouth customer service representative kept re-iterating that the representative who brought this equipment to my office is not one of their contractors. She stated that they are individuals leasing the equipment through Lease Finance Group. That's really interesting that this C/S is stating that the rep is not affiliated with them. That they can't consider themselves connected to the individual that brought the equipment to me.

WHAT? Not only that. The person who sent me this Agreement forged my intials on the second page and they still want their money? Anyone who is doing a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them, please count me in!
