Northern Leasing
Never ending lease New York

Business & Finance

In October we signed a lease with Northern Leasing for a period of 48 months. After two years we tried to cancel the lease but were informed that we could not do this, so we returned the equipment using the information they provided and continued to pay for the lease until its termination.

Well here it is 16 months after the termination of the lease per our signed contract and they still continue to deduct the monthly payments from our account. I've tried calling and emailing them to get this resolved and so far have hit alot of brick walls.

I guess thats the price you pay for being stupid. It seems that my only option is to close the business account that we've had for almost 30 years and open a new account just to get the debits to stop.

One would think that with all the complaints filed here and on other websites, that something could be done legally to put a stop to the deceptive practices of this company and others like them.
