Was involved in a contract with a credit card processing co. While with the co, the statements showed no charge to a third party Lease equip.Co. Due to poor service I cancelled the contract and paid an early cancellation fee, after returning equipment about 6 months later, the Lease Co. Said I owed for lease equipment fee's, even though I had returned the Equipment. Approx. 1 year later they put a judgement hold on my checking account.
