T.G. Layperson - lawn mower replacement parts

Same story folks. 2 weeks after the part was "shipped" still no part. No one to answer the phone, and a message apologizing for the delays people might be experiencing-they are really busy. Luckily i only lost $35 and a 3 weeks worth of tall grass, but am walking away with the knowledge that these days it seems everyone is a cheater (sadly i am from Ohio too)
