Unauthorized debits from my checking account

Company has offer to join membership seriously imbedded when it comes to a pay day loan site. Without realizing it you're charged $19.63.in my own situation i had been charged twice. It defies logic that i'd intentionally join the same membership twice within a few minutes. They will not issue credit. They claim the cancellation period is seven days. Used to do not know the charges were made till i acquired a bank declaration nearly per month later. Repeated calls and requests to consult with a supervisor or boss lead to being placed on hold for half an hour or more with no one takes the phone call.
