Rip-off no refund false promises

I have not received my refund and i was calling every 14 days like they told me to. They would put me to a floor supervisor Wess and a excalation forman. They said they would tell me they will contact me to tell me when the refund money will be put back into my account.
This has been going on since June 24th.

Now the number is always busy.

I didnt realised when they sold me this card on the phone that it would cost $99.95 and $59.95. I told them that I didnt want the card but by the time I got to the bank it was to late. They keep saying that they would refund the 99.95 when I retuned the packet but I havent seen any money yet.
