Returning Eileen Fisher Top Treated as if Worn at Pleasanton Store

Whatever happened to customer service.
I had a horrible experience last Monday (6/1/09). I was returning Eileen Fisher top, and the sales person was acting as if I wore the top. Then the other person got involved (Michelle at Pleasanton store) and looking at me and the label. I was so upset and left the store. I will shop at Walnut Creek store not the Pleasanton.
