Horrible service by unknowledgable staff

Recently a new Toysrus store opened close to my home. I was excited because I shop at TRU often however the traveling use to drive me bonkers. The store in Margate FL has all items other store offered however the staff is truly in need of major improvement on customer service skills. The first visit I went to buy a double stroller. When I got to stroller isle the one i wanted was not there. After searching for at least 10 minutes for someone to help me I run into a young man who was obviously trying to avoid me however I made sure he stopped and asked him if he could find out if they had any more in stock or if I could still get the 20% coupon i had w/me if i purchased it online. This guy could not answer one question did not even bother to say I will check for you simply told me to go to the front of the store and ask the customer service counter. Which I did and the girl at costumer service was no help at all. I left the store w/out my stroller and really upset that I did not get any assistance. I purchased my stroller at another baby store which answered all of my questions and their staff went over and beyond to help me. Even though TRU is now 5minutes from my house I will not buy from them again.
