SR Holding Corp. Took advantage of our naive approach as new entity in the business, and turned that into a fraudulent business. Nargilem Lounge Corp. (owned by a single individual) leased an empty commercial place on 41-04 Greenpoint ave. Sunnyside NY. 11104 which belongs to SR Holding Corp. Even though we asked an architect plan, they refused to give us before signing the lease. Once we signed the lease, we were told that the place has a Work Stop Order and violations which are pushed on us. Even though we tried to compromise, SR Holding refused to take the responsibilty to resolve the issues. Now we delayed to open for another two months. The lease was signed on April 15. We are already delayed 2 months, nothing can be done unless those violations are resolved. Please help us with to bring this fraudulent business to law.
