Form a corp is a fraudulent business owned by a fraudulent KEVIN RUBEL.

I ordered an LLC through their company and paid through pay pal and 3 months later have hit a dead end resulting in form a corp receiving my money and me receiving absolutely nothing in return.

I have made claims through BBB and through pay pal in which both were unsuccessful in even contacting any body from form a corp.

DO NOT USE FORM A CORP for any thing or reason. Kevin Rubel should be convicted, punished and reprimanded for the business he conducts.

Help me get the last punch on Kevin Rubel and Form a Corp.

I wish I would have noticed this forum prior to doing business with form a corp.
