Outright credit card fraud

This company placed four unauthorized charges of $19.95 each (for a total of $79.80) on our AMEX card over a two week period in June. I had never heard of this company until these charges appreared. The previous rebuttal which stated that this had been corrected is not true. The latest charge was on 06/20/09.
