My story is the same as the others posted here. Never heard of the company, a charge for $89 appears, I dispute, later I get a suspicious looking package in the mail that contains pills. I return it. AMEX is telling me the dollar amount is too small to be considered a fraud and they are investigating this as a "return." Sounds like the right hand of AMEX doesn't know what the left is doing. It seems all the fraudulent charges have been on AMEX cards.
