First Premier Bank
First Premier Bank charges excessive fees for card membership. The card has no security firewall service. Allows unautorized charges, even when a merchant's charges are suspicious

The following charges put my card over the limit. These charges are fraudulent and the merchant is not known to me:

01/29/09 01/29/09 55432860x00rgf5nk creditdiagnos127636316 800-379-5036 ct $29.95

01/31/09 01/31/09 55432860z0006y5k4 creditdiagnos127636316 800-379-5036 ct $29.95

I realized this fraud only after the card was put in overlimit status. My payment for the period was $80.00 and the required payment for the period was $25.00. I was informed by First Premier Bank in the billing Statement that I would be accessed a Annual fee of $48.00 for this period. That is why I made the $80.00 payment to prevent the overlimit status and to maintain some integrity on the card. However, the above charges appeared and took the card over the limit.

I am not aware of this above Merchant nor have I agreed to such charges.
First Premier Bank is not a responsible Credit Card. It does not provide the proper Customer Protection that is provided by banks such as HSBC. HSBC would have called me to asked about the charges in order to prevent fraudulent activity. This is especially important when a Credit Card is at the card Limit, has never been over the limit and is always paid on time.in addition, has been paid off before.

First Premier Bank is strictly and and very dangerously an open target for fraud attacks. It is my belief that it may even provide data to organizations that are fraudulent by their very nature. Why? First Premier is always looking to collect fees!!!

Below is a copy of my latest statement including the fraudulent charges. I discovered that the fraud began in previous periods charging $1.00 amounts and then began to escalate. This should have been questioned by firewall service. But thats only when the Credit Card Company cares for the customer
