This is a horrible company! I'm on my third day waiting for them to come install my cable and Internet. Everyday is the same bullcrap excuse - that the technician's plane was delayed in NY. Come on people, come up with a better excuse. I have lost two days of work. Disgusting! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Affairs.
