The only reason I have DirecPath is because it is the only choice I have based on where I live. My cable is out more then its on and the wait time for a technician is no less than 3-5 days. The customer service is horrible - they can't can't answer basic questions unless its listed on the piece of paper they are reading from. And I find it interesting that you can't find the names of their management team anywhere. There is never a supervisor available! They charge too much and give little back in the way of service.
