Apartment manager told me 80 degree apartment and $200 dollar power bill was normal

On June 4th I reported to the Hickory Valley Apartments office manager that my apartment was getting too hot, around 75 degrees, that maybe my ducts needed to be cleaned or unit surviced. For two weeks I continued to call as the apartment got hotter and hotter, and I never received any notice that maintenance had ever even been to my apartment. I'm still waiting 3 months later for them to fix one of my fans and dishwasher! Finally June 19th at 9 am I called the office and explained it was 90 degrees in my apartment. They sent maintenance who cleaned my unit however they never bothered to go inside and see that it was in fact still 90 degrees. I was not happy to arrive home at 11pm to a house that was over 80 degrees. Did I mention I'm pregnant too?! I called the 24 hour maintenance line, and the maintenance man Randy confirmed that he never set foot in the house, but he would come over Saturday. "Great", I thought, as I drove 30 miles across town to sleep at my parents house at 12pm. Saturday night I got home around 10pm, looking forward to my nice comfy bed. I walked in the door and was almost knocked down by the heat. Drive 30 more miles at 11 pm to not sleep in my own bed for the second night. Sunday I returned around 3 in the afternoon to see a new unit! Got in my apartment and SURPRISE it's still over 80 degrees! I called the emergency maintenance line again. They asked if I would be home, I said, "Yes I can stay for a while if necessary." Fast forward to 7pm. I sat there in the heat for the rest of the afternoon never to recieve a call. I left to spend the night at my parents AGAIN. Why do I even pay rent! Now it's Monday and the office is open. I speak with Julie who explains to me that I am incorrect, that my apartment registers 74 degrees, I asked her, "When at 2 am?!" She also explained that my $200 dollar electric bill is normal, even though I am only using 700 sq ft of living space! I proceeded to tell her that I have had to spend the last 3 days elsewhere. She said they would check it again. I'm holding my breath and trying to find a legal way to escape my lease from this hell hold.
