Dell has charged us for a warranty thru their tech team which we did not authorize in the amount of $149.00. We have contacted them on four different ocassions to resolve this matter and to date have not credit our account. This is our third pc from Dell and we are so dissatisfied we will never buy another Dell pc or recommend them to anyone.
