Called ToysRus to report that my grandson had lost his gift card i had sent him. I gave them the gift card number and they could see it had been purchased in August and in November the time i made the call no one had used it. They told me they could suspend it but they could not issue another card with out having the investigation dept call me to determine whether or not a new card was going to be issued.

Why doesn't ToysRus help the customer with a new card and cancel the original especially when they are given the number and can see the card had not been used for months. We're only talking $40.00. But whats more important my grandson did not get his b-day present.
