3 days before xmas, no gift

Twas three days before christmas and no gift had arrived, called customer service and was plainly denied. No gift for my grandson who is cute and good as can be, Toysrus is a grinch no more business from me.

Tried to attempt to allow my daughter to drive to your store, but, hey the customer service person was glad to take my money, sort of alike a whore.

So does my grandson deserve a barren tree, no package from grand ma, nothing from me because toysrus took the money and fleed.
