Ripped off with no trial

I sent for a 7 day trial period disc from this company for $1.95. Now I find I have been billed an additional $81.32. If this impending charge was the terms and conditions, it escaped me.

I have, however cancelled my subscription on the phone and was given a cancellation number of 4195.

Contacting the company by telephone I found they will not refund my money. I went to a place on the internet to contact them and it kept telling me I had to enter my name in letters only, which it was. This disallowed me from sending the contact form. I reenterd my name several times with the same result.

The disc I sent for? It has yet to arrive. I sent for it on 5/29 and it is now 6/12, rendering the 7 day trial period over with no recourse. How can I possibly give anything a try without having first received it? I was billed for this on 6/8.

Nowhere is a guarantee of satisfaction given by this company.
