Please, i need help in prosecuting for child support recovery act against a deadbeat dad springfield

I need someone to help me. Wayne and I were divorced years ago in Alaska. Because he couldn't keep a job, the Alaskan CSED ordered him to pay a minimun of 100 dollars a week. Wayne left the state within the month with no forwarding address. I contacted his Parents, including a Robert Schneberger to try and locate him. They would not reveal his whereabouts.

I tried for years to locate him, but could not. The Alaskan CSED closed the case because according to them it was a deadend. I thought this was wrong, but who am I to question their authority.

When my son, Devon, joined the Air Force, Wayne suddenly contacted him. Of course, my son was mystified on why his father never contacted for 17 years. I, of course, was angry. At him and the state of Alaska. I was angry at Wayne for avoiding his responsibility all these years. And angry at the state of Alaska for abandoning my case. Alaska seems to care more about getting money to ex spouses than abandoned children.

I feel Wayne owes me and my son more than just an apology and an explanation. He owes us for all the back child support for all the years I struggled as a single parent and trying to be the mother and the father.

I need Wayne to own up to his responsibility. Wayne, your son is still interested in contacting you. And you need to settle this issue once and for all. I know there is a hole in your heart for your son. We can work this out if you really want to settle old debts.

I need a lawyer if Wayne wants to play hardball. One who is familier with Child Support Recovery Act. I've done research on the Child Support Recovery Act. I need to know if I still have a chance of recovery anything if at least some justice.

If anything, at least I get to vent with this website.
