If any one knows the whearabouts of please contact the Texas Child Support. He's ripping off and sexually abusing his own children

Jerry Wayne Lloyd has not paid Child Support in 14 years. He continues to avoid California and Texas to locate him. He just started paying $300.00 in late 2002. Complains it's to much, because he is remarried and has another child. Has another child before me. And three children with me.

I sent my daughter to visit her father, for the first time in 11 years, where his wife (Samantha Lloyd), and Jerry physically and sexually abused the child. Made a plea to the D.A. To sign over rights if he didn't have any jail time.

He has an arrest record for picking up prostitutes and young girls. Should have been in jail but Children's Services in California did not do their job and protect the child. Was ordered to have no contact with child but still does.

Child was adopted by Aunt Tina Burc in California, against my wishes. The Stse of California refused to send her home to Tennessee. The Aunt is the father's sister. And allowes such contact. I have called Child Protective Services and reported that there is still contact with father.
