Deadbeat dad

This is a plea for help from any lawyer that is willing to take this on. Wayne Schneberger did not pay a cent of child support for his first born son for 18 years. He left Alaska without notice to CSED and disappeared. He used his family and friends to hide his location. Okay, that's not that unusual. And considering the child enforcement division (CSED) in Alaska depended on me to locate him, it wasn't that hard for him to hide.

17 years later... My son graduated from school and joined the Air Force. And lo and behold, his father decided to contact him. Alaska CSED closed the case a few years before that because they couldn't locate him. What timing.

I still have all the paperwork and I'm sure that if the arrears were calculated, this man would owe me alot of money. But Alaska has (or had) a ten year statuate of limitations, which according to them I have no case.

How can that be fair... This deadbeat dad disappears to avoid child support, and reappears when he thinks the coast is clear. This nation needs to send a message to all these losers (no matter what state they are in) that they can run but can't hide. Not in the USA.
