Gary Streily out of Ohio is responsible for
tbw becoming my lender. I was doing fine until the economy tok a turn for the worse. My son; who is on the loan with me lost his job (It's been over a year). He worked for a Chrysler Supplier Company here in Belvidere. His girlfriend gave birth to a baby boy at 28 weeks and is still having complications. I had undergone a second carpal tunnel surgery and curently am suffering from another work-related injury involving my body on the upper left side. I filed the hardship information and was not acepted. I have received two leters from TBW informing me that I needed to make contact with a mortgage counselor as I was over 30 days late on my mortgage (Received leters last month). I have ben struggling for the last year but do get the payment in before the month's end. I agree with the complaints prior to mine and our experiences are very similar.
