Kinks, Inc Salon
Paid deposit but no service provided

I found a hair salon in MD (Kinks, Inc) that I thought was going to be able to style my hair when I called the salon I got a recording telling me to visit their website to make a appointment. I went on-line and made an appointment and in order to comfirm my appointment I had to pay a deposit of $25 before I could be confirmed for my requested appointment time. The site said once payment is received I would receive a confirmation email within 24hrs. Needless to say I never received my confirmation email when I called the salon to inquire about my appointment of course no one answered the phone.

I finally found the email address and sent a email inquiring about my appointment someone did respond, (and tried to tell me that they did send a confirmation, but of course I never got it) I tried to explain to her that I called the shop and left several msgs inquiring about my appointment and asked why no one bothered to return my phone call. (no answer) So, bottom line they kept my money and still has not rescheduled me for another appointment.
