Ripoff

I was sent a letter in the mail saying that I was approved for a Platinum Credit card with a 5,000 credit limit and to rush my card I would have to send them 49.00 and for standard deliver 45.00. So I sent them 45.00 (money order) and I got the book and the card 3 weeks later. I am gonna take some action I going to sue them for false advertisement.
