Was dishonest, late, and unprofessional

This company was a disaster. They sent a nice representative to my apartment who did a thorough review of my stuff and made an estimate. He assured us that the estimate would be "very close" to the final amount. He denied that the company demands a significantly different price on the day of the move but that is exactly what happened to us. After they had finished loading their shoddy truck they insisted on a fee that was more than double the original estimate! They also broke multiple items and were more than 2 hours late. Awful service. Dishonest and corrupt!
