Landlords beware! This is an unstable woman who is very convincing at first, but you will soon find that she is the tenant from H_ _ _. She claims to be a victim of ex-boyfriends, ex-employers and ex and current landlords. She looks, and possibly is, anorexic. Her stories are a web of lies. She will move into your property and the games will begin. She will never allow you to actually see the space once she's in it. You will not be permitted to enter for any reason. She moves in boxes and boxes... Floor to ceiling boxes... And she doesn't unpack them! Possibly hoarder's disease on top of whatever other issues she has. She's obsessed with using the legal system. She somehow hires lawyers, but they all soon disappear. She is a scary person and a nightmare to deal with. She will write letters to you with pages and pages of lies and accusations. She will try to smear your reputation. She will tell lies to all of your neighbors. She will try to shake you down financially. She will try to wear you down emotionally.

I've been in contact with at least 2 others that she has filed charges against recently. She will cite laws and she is obsessed with creating havoc. She is clearly mentally unstable. She will not move out when she is supposed to and she has an obsession about controlling others. She plays the victim card and lies and lies and lies. She is an expert at filing false restraining orders and will make up horrible things to charge you with!

She accused someone of sexually assaulting her in order to get even with him when he didn't do as she said. She pretends that an ex suddenly finds out where she lives and says that she's in fear for her life (and she convinces some people of it), however, in my case I found that she had this person move her into my rental... So he always knew where she lived! Beware! You've been warned.
