Irene Roginski Warehouse Landlords Will Harrass and steal your money

These Landowners will steal your deposit! They have never returned a tenant deposit. They do not keep deposits in a seperate account, they spend it instantly. There was a domestic restraining order on richard roginski for battery. Irene is a compulsive Lier. They will smooth talk you into renting their warehouse and with great terms and low rent. The building is in disrepair! I had a major plumbing leak in the slab and they would not fix it as it was too expensive so After a month I was forced to fix it myself! They will enter your unit at anytime and use random excuses as why their building was in danger and they had right to do so. They always used the fact that they had to make sure that I did not tamper with the fire alarm as the excuse to enter on me. Irene once called the police on me and filed a bogus report that I had a gun and was going to shoot a customer, that was embarassing! They constantly threaten you and telling you they have multiple people waiting to rent your unit and you better cave to their demands. They will never put a dime in any repairs or improvements to the building. They will promiss you of improvements after you move in but never deliver. Lies, Lies, Lies, from both of them constantly. Irene can come up with any story in an instant to cause harm to the tenant. I am so glad to get away from them as well as EVERY tenant there in the past 15 years! I have proof and references to support my claims. Please be carefull with both of these people, they will screw you!
