Got approved, send them money, never heard from them. Wrote back saying the same

They send me a letter saying i was approved for a $10,000.00 credit. To send them $3 dollars for the credit cards. I send them a money order of $37 dollars in December. Three months later they send me another letter to send them $37 dollars. I have"t heard no responds back. I send them a letter with a copy of my money order and letting them know that i want my money back. Or action speaks louder then words. And I have"t heard from them at all. What can I do. I will like my money back or my credit cards. They fool me. They keeps sending me more letters and asking for another $37 dollars. I will like my credit cards cause why they going to stay with my money and don't send me my cards. Can we have justice.
