It offer me a 10.000.00 dollars credit if i send a 37.00 dollar money order for the credit card ripoff

Well i have no credit so one day via mail i receive this letter telling me that i was pre_approved for a credit line of $10.000.00, that for this to happen all i needed to do is a send a money order or a check of $37.00. So what do you think i did a send the $37.00 plus some more because i wanted a second card for my boyfriend, and i never got nothing. They keep sending me this offer don't they know that i send them the money alredy.
