Ripoff sent them money and never received the envelopes

I sent INC $20.00 dollars and I never received what they said they would send. Their offer was send $20 dollars and they would send you envelopes to stuff and send back to them. I sent them the money, but that's where it ended. I never heard from them and I even sent them a letter inquiring about my order and never got anything back. Please help. Thank you.
