Jessica Higgs AKA e-bay user burberry1184 buys an item on e-bay and then files a dispute with Paypal. Paypal instructs her to return item with tracking. Once Item is returned, Paypal automatically refunds money. The scam is that the box is empty and Paypal only cares that a tracking number was provided. Case closed!
