Delray Credit Counseling
Took money from my account without my approval - did not give them any banking informaion

I called this company, gave them the creditors and their account numbers. Received e-mail with them on this so called electronically thing, looked at it and clicked off. Called back and said I wanted to add another account, never called them back, because I had read so many usacomplaints.com about them.

I at no time gave them my checking account number, they did have my social security number.

They took a payment from my account on the 15th which they said I agreed to take out 180.00 on the 15th, remember I signed nothing and gave the nothing.

Notified my banking establishment telling them that they fraudlently took money from my checking account. I do not know how they got it,

I did call them and tell them I did not want their services, she was suppose to e-mail me my contract, which I did not receive, they had my ip address from my computer, so they were into something.

They are suppose to refund my money.
