Stay Away! They do not pay on time and give out other client's social security numbers!

Stay away from this company!!! I started with them in March and money was deducted from my account. 2 months later still no payments to my creditors. I called and called and finally a payment was made. I had to make extra payments on my account so they would not go past due. For a few months things looked like they were going well. Payments were being made. Then July 26th a deduction was taken from my account and none of my creditors have been paid yet as of August 31. I cancelled my account with them so they would not take out the August 26th deduction and I could pay the creditors myself. However still no payments from the July 26th deduction. This is suppose to help people not hurt them. Monday August 30 I received a letter in the mail from UFS. I was shocked to see what was inside. There was a letter to one of my creditors along with letters for 3 other clients. These letters were obviously suppose to go to the creditor but my letter was on top and the window in the envelope showed my address. These letters contain clients social security numbers, addresses, credit card account numbers. Talk about if these letters went into the wrong hands. I am very concerned now that my social security number has been sent over to other clients. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had contact with. Talk about broken promises and my account still have not been paid from the July deduction. Seeing the letters of the other clients that were wrongly sent to me as well as seeing the complaints on this site make me happy I cancelled my account after their second late payment. Stay away!!!
