I ordered Ally McBeal, the complete series DVD in January. Complained because they are bootlegged and skip. No refund or replacement dvds

I ordered the complete dvd series of Ally McBeal in January. I received them, and noticed that all the discs seem to be bootlegged, and all of the discs skipped.

On 2/2/09 I wrote to help@dvdmd. Tv to let them know, and they responded telling me that a new series would be mailed in 7-14 days. I have e-mailed every month since then, and have had no response. The customer service phone number has been disconnected.
I paid almost $100 for this.
