Terrible service - dvd tv series

I ordered a complete set of Have Gun Will Travel DVDs. Got 6 discs, not properly packaged, not complete. Was promised replacement set. Same 6 discs, was promised a refund. Over one month later, no money, no product. I spent over $100.00 (am retired, this was my Splurge for the year). I do not like to pay for unsatisfactory goods, I do not like to be lied to and I do not like to be strung along for this long by a company that, obviously has no intention of making good on its promise.
