They will rip you off

I had a aftermarket stereo installed. When i went to the shop everything in my car was working. Once i got home i found out that my Sunroof wasnt working. I went to the store requesting a certain stereo. The salesman named Issac told me that the stero was old and he told me the one he had did more than the stero i was asking for. I told Issac that i trusted him not to rip me off. Once i got home the stero i purchased and all the other equipment total value at $1000.00, he sold me a Navagation Stereo w/bluetooth, Ipod controler, Steering wheel controler, License plate rear view camera, 6 month warrant for $2200.00. I tried calling but they said they will call back and never did. I wanted my money back because he lied to me about the product he sold me. So i went down to the shop, since all sales are final i wasnt able to get my money back. He said he can only give a store credit. I said take the stereo out and put back my factory stereo. Issac then says well let me check and see how much extra it would be to give you the stereo you wanted he wanted to charge me a additional $688.00. I said no take the stereo out and put my factory stereo back in my car. They put the factory stereo in the car slanted, the speakers werent working, and my sunroof buttons got crossed. I had to take my car to the dealership to get fixed since Issac didnt want to fix the problem. California Sound has very bad customer service as well as inexperienced techs. I am taking them to small claims courDont waste your time they will overcharge you on items. And they have cheap equipment. They techs are not even certified. I found that out later after the poor work done. This place sucks big time they dont know what they are doing. They over charge you on equipement. When they mess up on the installation they will not fix it. They will say it isnt there fault. I am taking them to small claims court. If you have any information please email me back
