Bass_sales On Ebay Ripoff Try to get out of warranty, to say problem is my fault

Bass_sales is a big ripoff. Stay away from them! Oh they have some good feedback also, that's why I bought from them.

I purchased a Clarion Marine Stereo in May. I had it profesionaly installed. It worked about 10 minutes. I called bass_sales and told them the problem. They would not send me another one without me leaving them a credit card #, to insure that I sent the old one back.

They immediately charged me for the new one they sent, and I also had to pay the postage to send the old one back to them. Now they say that I spilled something in the stereo, which is impossible, because it was installed in the dash, and I was listening to it when it stopped working.

So, they are not intending on refunding me at all. Now, the new one I just got has stopped working, after about 2 weeks. I guess something spilled in it too, lol. I should have listened to my installer, as he said he has installed 5 of this brand of stereo, in one mans boat, and after the 5 one, it has been working a month so far.

I have spent over 300.00 since May, and still don't have a stereo that works! I am no better than i was before I started this. Only got ropped for over 300.00. Don't buy from them unless you are prepared to get ripped off!
