I order the triple play in august i was to get the rebate of $225 riped off

On august i order the triple play from comcast throught bridgevin. To get the 225.00 rebate i filed all the paper work. They said it will take 10 weeks to get the check. It is now 5 months and no check. The rebate compay name is bridgevin #1-888-314-9903. I called them and they said that it is still be processed. We need to suite comcast. They hired these people to sell there triple play and it is a bate in switch because i would have never order this if it was not for the rebate offer. Comcast is a rip off!!
