Charged my credit card with out my knowlege California

Like many other people around the US I decided for Christmas to buy my mother flowers to be delivered before Christmas. I was sad that I would not be there on Christmas and wanted her to know I was thinking of her. Well the first order got lost so I contacted Pro Flowers and they sent out another shipment 2 days before Christmas and well I guess those got lost too. So on Christmas Eve they promised some Flowers would get there but they did not. Out of all three that were shipped out only one made it there 4 days after Christmas. I can not tell you how embarrassing it is for your mother to get dead flowers 4 days after Christmas.

Then, I did not realize for four months following that I would be getting charged 14.95 a month to an ezserv rw that I supposedly signed up for that I know I never did. I was informed that I signed up to be a member of a program that does nothing for you. YES, I love giving 14.95 a month to a company I have never heard of or has provided me with no service. My husband is laid off and I am counting the pennies and trying not to use my credit card. When I did a random check that is when I located the monthly charges I was getting and when I looked on line I saw that I was not the only one. Do not order from Pro flowers because first of all there service sucks and they are a huge scam to take your money. Just look up "ezserv rw " on line and you can see the countless people that have had the same problems I have with these two companies.
