This business is a fraudulent company. I went in for a FREE consultation. I spoke with the consultant about running my credit to see if I would qualify for financing.
I left the office to talk to my wife. Next thing you know I have an 18,000 dollar credit card sent to my house and 100s of calls from the doctor's office to schedule the lap band surgery.
I sent a letter to the credit card company telling them to cancel the card immediately.
I decided not to have the surgery, so I never returned Top Surgeons numerous calls.
3 weeks later... I receive a credit card statement stating I owe my first payment of 337 dollars in two week.
Top Surgeons found out I was approved and fraudulently charged my account $18,000. When I tried to call them, I could never speak to anyone beyond a receptionist who laughed at me when I told her my concern.
So I called the credit card company. They said that Top Surgeons was paid 18,000 for the surgery that I NEVER had. GE credit is filing a dispute. Hopefully this will fix the problem seeming that Top Surgeons won't.
Don't even step foot in this company.
