Spencer Kobren is the founder of the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons and a well known Radio personality so called hair loss expert.

Mr. Kobren alleges to choose on the finest Hair Surgeons for the Alliance as members to endorse. All of these members pay a monied contribution to the organization. Receipt of member contributions is not easily located on the Alliance's web site (www.iahrs.org). It is my belief that these monies received are under the control of Spencer Kobren and as such present a potential conflict of interest for him.

Prospective Hair Surgery patients might not be persuaded to use Alliance member surgeons if they knew that monies were paid for the endorsement
