Top Surgeons is owned by the Omidi Brothers, who are both doctors disciplined by the California Medical Board. Julian Omidi had his medical license revoked. He may not practice medicine. His brother, Michael, is a plastic surgeon, has had his license suspended for allowing non-doctors to operate on patients under his care. The Omidi brothers are engaging in a massive advertising campaign to promote LAP BAND surgery. They have had at least one patient die under "TOP SURGEONS" care and have had many severe complications.
